Free business valuation

No cost and kept private. Your details go to one brokerage partner, which may pay us for the introduction. What happens next

Who We Are and Who We Are Not

We are not a business brokerage, a law firm or a CPA firm. We run this site so owners of established companies in the Oklahoma City metro can reach an experienced brokerage partner without cold calling a list of firms.

That partner values and sells companies like yours. When you send the form, your request goes to that one partner, not to a list of buyers or a pile of competing firms.

How the Introduction Works

Your answers go to the brokerage partner, usually the same day. A broker reads what you sent and calls you at the time you picked: daytime, evenings or weekends.

On that call, the broker asks about your company, your timing and your goals, then gives you an honest view of value and of what would help. You can stop there. Nothing is signed on that call.

How We Are Paid

The brokerage partner may pay us a referral fee for introductions. You never pay us anything, and the fee does not change what the brokerage charges you if you later decide to work with it.

If you do hire a broker, the commission is set in your own agreement with the brokerage. Ask for it in writing and compare it with what a good broker can do for your price and terms.

Why a Broker at All

Many buyers are repeat acquirers who know EBITDA, add backs and deal terms far better than a first time seller. A good broker evens that out, keeps the sale confidential and keeps several buyers interested at once.

If an unsolicited buyer tells you that you don't need representation, be careful. That pitch usually comes from someone hoping for a quiet, cheap deal. Get a real valuation before you sign any letter of intent.

What the Broker Will Want to Know

Expect questions about your sales and profit for the last few years, how many people work for you, who your biggest customers are and how much of the work depends on you personally.

They will also ask why you are thinking of selling and when. There is no wrong answer. Retirement, health, a partner leaving or simply being tired are all common reasons.

Honest answers help the broker give you a realistic range and a sensible timeline.

Your Information

We use what you send to make the introduction and to follow up on it. We don't sell it to marketers. The details are in our privacy practices.
